Reclaim Your Voice

Three Part In-Person Women’s Voice Workshop : Meet, Share and Open your Voice

Many of us know the frustration and grief of feeling we can’t express ourselves fully. Perhaps we were critcised around our voices growing up. Perhaps we experienced a trauma and have since felt unsafe to be heard and seen. Perhaps it started way before us! Whatever our unique story, our protective parts decided it was safer to close off than remain open.

The tools that re-opened Natasha’s voice came from a long and challenging journey, eventually finding her freedom through many paths, including sacred plants, somatics, parts work, family constellations, vocal pedeology, prayer, and connection to the Divine.

In this unique offering Natasha will share the best of what she knows with you, supporting you on your path to vocal freedom too. This three-month journey offers a gentle, structured container where your voice can unfold naturally – step by step, petal by petal, within a small and supportive group of women.

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
Anais Nin

Womens voice workshops. Embodied voice. Somatic voice work. Freeing the voice. Sisterhood.

Across three half-day workshops, Natasha will guide you to meet, open, and share your authentic voice in a grounded and encouraging environment. A one-of-a-kind experience weaving together Natasha’s training in shamanic voice, family constellations, and as a healing voice practitioner with the College of Sound Healing.

This is not a technical singing course. You do not need to be a ‘good singer’ or have any musical experience. The focus is on expression, embodiment, and connection to your natural voice. Natasha’s approach is deeply somatic. Each session begins and closes by co-creating a space of regulation and safety – because the voice can only open fully when the brain, nervous system, and heart feel safe 🌺

This intimate container is limited to 11 women and includes a private WhatsApp group for integration, questions, and shared reflections between sessions.

Module 1:
Meeting the Voice

19th September 2-6pm

We begin with creating a safe somatic container to meet and explore our voices with curiosity and gentleness.

We’ll meet the ‘spirit’ of our voice and begin to feel and open into the full resonance of our embodied voices, using a powerful practice called ‘vocal resonance’. We’ll connect with our voices as a tool for healing, and share simple earth-based songs together that remind us of the power of being together in Sisterhood and community.

Module 2:
Opening the Voice

17th October 2-6pm

Within the safe container created in Module 1, we’ll go deeper into opening our voices.

We’ll expand into the fullness of our breath and pelvic diaphragm through conscious breathwork. We will learn vocal massage practices, and exercises to release tension from the jaw and throat, before opening to our innate ‘creature language’ and wild primal voice.

Butterflies are arranged in a vertical line above the figure, set against a backdrop of clouds, water, and a large geometric sacred circle with intricate golden patterns. The image combines elements of spirituality, transformation, and cosmic connection.

Module 3:
Sharing the Voice

14th November 2-6pm

Building on the practices in Modules 1 & 2, we’ll learn to meet and hold space for the parts of us that fear being seen or heard.

Weaving parts work, family constellations, and brain-retraining, we’ll uncover the parts of us that are getting in the way of our free vocal expression. Instead of excluding, we include and bring them with us as we sing! We complete the journey with an oportunity to drink ceremonial cacao and share your unique voice, even whilst feeling all the feels! You’ve got this!
